All Sales Are Final

To keep our pricing competitive and ensure quality control, all sales are final. We’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items ordered in error.

Before placing your order, we strongly recommend verifying the correct part number with your equipment’s manufacturer. This helps avoid frustration and ensures you get exactly what you need.

Defective Upon Arrival (DOA) – 7-Day Return Window

While rare, it’s possible that a part may arrive with a factory defect or experience damage during shipping. If that happens, we're here to make it right.

You can request a return for DOA products within 7 calendar days of delivery. To start, email rayburgappliance@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any photos if available.

If approved, we’ll provide:

  • A Return Authorization with instructions

  • A return window of 5 business days to send the item back

Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.


Inspection and Refund Process

Once your return arrives, we’ll carefully inspect it to determine whether the issue is related to a manufacturer defect or shipping damage. This process can take between 7 to 30 days, depending on the product.

If confirmed, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 10 business days after approval, though bank processing times may vary.

A Few Things We Can’t Accept

To protect our customers and maintain product quality, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Items ordered with the wrong part number

  • Products that have been installed, used, or damaged

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Sale items or gift cards
